We ship within India only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. Before ordering, check that your address and PIN code are complete, include a reachable telephone number and review the final total at checkout.
If timing matters
Delivery arrangements vary with the destination and order. Any estimated time given is a guide rather than a guarantee; product availability and carrier operations can affect it. Please contact us before purchasing if you need an item by a specific date.
Keep your order reference
Save your confirmation so our team can locate the order. If you ordered through an account, visit My account for the order details. A carrier tracking link, where supplied, provides parcel updates.
Let us know about a change
Contact us promptly if the address is wrong or a delivery has been missed. We will check whether a change or another arrangement is possible at the current stage of fulfilment. Any applicable redelivery cost will be explained before proceeding.
When a parcel needs attention
Keep the packaging and take photographs if the parcel is damaged or contains the wrong item. Contact our team with the order number, and have the photographs ready to help us review the issue. You can also read our returns and cancellation information.
