Tell us about the request
Contact our team with your order number, the item involved and the reason for your request. We can review a return, exchange, cancellation or refund enquiry. Before buying, check any return information provided for the item.
While we review it
Keep the item unused, with its original tags, accessories and packaging. Please wait for the team’s instructions before sending it back, so that the destination and method are correct. Do not assume the business address below is the return address.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect
Let us know promptly and describe what you received. Clear photographs of the garment, its label and the parcel may be useful. We will explain how to provide any supporting information and discuss the available way to resolve the problem.
After a return or exchange is approved
The team will explain the next steps, including any collection or postage arrangement, applicable cost and expected processing time. Refunds can also be affected by a bank’s or payment provider’s processing time. Keep your order reference and the earlier correspondence for any follow-up.
If you wish to cancel
Contact us as early as possible. A cancellation or order change depends on whether processing or dispatch has already taken place. Once we have checked the order, we will explain the options.
